Black sigatoka (Pseudocercospora fijiensis) is a fungal pathogen.

Black Sigatoka is a leaf spot disease of banana plants caused by ascomycete fungus Mycosphaerella fijiensis. Plants with leaves damaged by the disease may have up to 50% lower yield of fruit.
