Emaravirus High Plains Wheat Mosaic Virus

High plains disease (HPV) (Emaravirus High Plains Wheat Mosaic Virus) is a viral pathogen of maize and winter wheat. It was first detected in Montana in 2009.

Plants show some stunting, purple leaf tips and margins and numerous chlorotic spots.
