European elm flea weevil (Orchestes alni) is an insect pest of Elm trees. It is a native of Europe and was first detected in Midwest United States in 1982.
Prefering the Siberian Elm and its hybrids, this pest utilizes the leaves of the elm at all life stages for food and habitat.
