Spotted lanternfly (Lycorma delicatula) is an insect pest of fruit, ornamental and woody trees, and vines. It is a native of China and was first detected in Pennsylvania in 2014.

This insect will lay 30-50 eggs on any flat surface, enabling them to spread easily and quickly.
